Key Change of date for PMG Promoted Ballantine's Championship
The PMG Promoted Ballantine’s Championship 2009 will now take place from 23-26 April. This is a prime date on the European Tour and will mean greater benefits in terms of scheduling for players.
The Championship will be held at the picturesque Pinx Club, Jeju Island, for the second year and replaces the BMW Asian Open on the European Tour Schedule.

This year’s inaugural Ballantine’s Championship was won in a playoff thriller by Graeme McDowell and took place over 13-16 March. The first European Tour Event to be held in Korea, the €2 million 2008 Ballantine’s Championship was co-sanctioned by the Asian Tour and Korean PGA and proudly promoted by Parallel Media Group.
The 2010 Tournament will take place from 22-25 April.
