PMG has signed a three year deal to promote the Kazakhstan Open

Parallel Media Group today announces that it has signed a three year agreement with the National Federation of Golf of the Republic of Kazakhstan (“NFGK”) to continue to promote the Kazakhstan Open.

“We are delighted to extend our contract with PMG for a further three years and hope to build on our achievements so far with the Kazakhstan Open becoming bigger and better each year.”

PMG will continue to act as the exclusive promoter of international professional golf events in Kazakhstan, covering any professional golf tournaments held in the country until 2011.

 

This re-appointment of PMG by the NFGK further strengthens its relationship with the company, which has promoted the Kazakhstan Open since 2005, with prize money rising by over 30% during this period. The Kazakhstan Open is already the richest event on the Challenge Tour, with a prize fund of Euro 330,000. This years event was held at Nurtau Golf Club in Almaty, Kazakhstan  on 20th to 23rd September and was won by Leif Westerberg (pictured left).
