

David Ciclitira (John David Nikolas), Founder and Chairman, aged 51

David remained with Sky as Deputy Managing Director until the end of 1986 when he left to found the original PMG with Mike Luckwell of Carlton Communications Plc. David, with 22 years industry experience, has led PMG since its foundation, developing it into a multinational group with an exceptional understanding of the issues facing the business and the sector in general.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Glenhove Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd and its senior founding member. He has over 40 years of international business experience and has been a board member of a number of listed and private companies..
