David Ciclitira (John David Nikolas), Founder and Chairman, aged 51
David holds an LLB from Kings College London, and is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Art. He is a Blackstone exhibitor and qualified barrister at law.

David was one of the four original shareholders of Europe’s first satellite television station, Satellite Television Plc, ('SATV'), renamed Sky following the sale in 1983 of 65% of SATV to Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation. David remained with Sky as Deputy Managing Director until the end of 1986 when he left to found the original PMG with Mike Luckwell of Carlton Communications Plc. David, with 22 years industry experience, has led PMG since its foundation, developing it into a multinational group with an exceptional understanding of the issues facing the business and the sector in general.

Edward Adams (Barry Edward), Non-Executive Director,

aged 49

Mr Adams is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. After 10 years in stockbroking and fund management Edward has spent the past 15 years as an active investor in a number of private and publicly listed companies.

Leonard Fine, (Leonard Henry), Non-Executive Director, aged 67

Leonard is an Independent Director and the Chairman of the remuneration committee for PMG plc. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). He is the Chief Executive Officer of Glenhove Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd and its senior founding member. He has over 40 years of international business experience and has been a board member of a number of listed and private companies..
