David Ciclitira (John David Nikolas)

Founder and Chairman

David holds an LLB from Kings College London, and is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Art. He is a Blackstone exhibitor and qualified barrister at Law.

David was one of the four original shareholders of Europe's first satellite television station, Satellite Television Plc (SATV), which was renamed Sky following the sale in 1983 of 65% of SATV to Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation. David remained with Sky as Deputy Managing Director until the end of 1986 when he left to found the original PMG with Mike Luckwell of the Carlton Communications Plc. David, with 22 years industry experience, has led PMG since its foundation, developing it into a multinational group with an exceptional understanding of the issues facing the business and the sector in general. Leonard is an Independent Director and the Chairman of the remuneration committee for PMG plc. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). Serenella Ciclitira

Serenella has an Honours Degree in Art History from Trinity College, Dublin. She is the co-founder of Korean Eye and leads its curatorial board. She has worked extensively with artists and galleries throughout the world. Since 1990 she has been an Honorary Fellow at the Royal College of Art in London, and has awarded the 'Parallel Prize' for painting and the 'Serenella Ciclitira Scholarship' for sculpture. Ranjit Murugason

Ranjit was educated at Dulwich College and has completed law degrees from both Oxford and London Universities. He is a qualified barrister and is a former leading investment banker, in the infrastructure sector, having worked for Nomura, UBS and ABN AMRO, in London. Ranjit also served as Global Head of Industrials for the Investment Banking Division of ABN AMRO Bank NV until he left The City, after 12 years, in the summer of 2003.
