Mr Leonard Fine will take office in a non-executive role as an independent director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for PMG plc. Mr Fine is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). He is the Chief Executive Officer of Glenhove Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd and its senior founding member. He has over 40 years of international business experience.
Mr Edward Adams joins the PMG Board in the capacity of Chairman of the Audit Committee, representing the shareholding of the AIM listed RAM Investment Group PLC. Mr Adams has a background in fund management and research with Touche Remnant and Carnegie International between 1983 and 1991, Mr Adams has since been an active investor in a number of private businesses in areas such as hotels and media. At the current time, he is the Chairman of RAM Investment Group PLC.
